Staff Attorney to Teach Legal Rights to Youth

Also on October 19, Staff Attorney Ian Harris will be the special guest speaker at "Teenager's Secret," a forum  presented by the Red Hook and Staten Island Youth Courts. Participants will learn of their legal rights and ways to get help should they encounter dating violence.
