Youth Dating Abuse Educational Video

Day One is happy to support the project "For Justin," a film created by a teacher to be used in classrooms as an educational tool about teen dating abuse. Paul LaValle, whose student lost his life to dating violence is searching for funds to finish this film and implement a curriculum to go along with it. The video and curriculum includes a strong focus on healthy relationships, and it will alert teens to the warning signs associated with verbal, emotional, physical, sexual and technological abuse.

LaValle's film is currently up for vote in the Pepsi Refresh Project, and we encourage you to support this needed project.
